Strange behaviour S7-1200

The last card is loosing contact with the PLC. The noise in the video as well as shaking camera makes me wonder if you have that PLC running in a high vibration area. Check the card-to-card connection to be properly seated. Next up is the power connections. Check all power connections that these are properly connected and carry current. You may have the (-) not properly connected. Check also the power supply: is the power output constant and around 24V. A short circuit or a power hungry component can create havoc.
