Tia portal v15.1 does not respond when I try to download the KTP1000 HMI project

Falcc Joined: 9/9/2023 Last visit: 9/9/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, I have this issue: When I try to download the HMI project to the panel (KTP1000 Basic Color PN), Tia portal just keeps loading. This only happens with this panel. Whit the KTP700 and the comfort panel, it compiles and download successfully. I dont know if I need a support package. I appreciate your help, best regards. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/12/2025 Posts: 16409 Rating: (1935)	Hello Falcc I would try to do a reset of the temp data: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109778709 Then do a full compile and check if there are any errors or warnings in the info window Which Device version do you have selected for the panel,, do you use the latest V12 which is available for this kind of Panel (Basic Panel 1st Generation). Can you load a new test project to the panel (perhaps only with a Exit Runtime Button) or is it the same behaviour? Bye Murof
