Dear All, 

I'm would to upgrade my license Step 7 Safety Advanced V18 to V20 and also my WinCC Advanced License V18 to V20. 

These licenses are floating and unlimited and I have in my ALM both WinCC upgrade and Step 7 safety advanced upgrade. 

I have already updated my license of Step 7 professional with an upgrade v19 to V20. 

When I try to upgrade I have this Pop Up 

In this case you would have to open a service request with the licence team.

Please choose “licensing and authorization”.

The licence team can tell you whether you have the right licences to upgrade.
This is not clear from the image.

The upgrade license you have for Step 7 Safety Advanced and WinCC are only valid from V19 -> V20

(Probably you have a SUS contract and received those upgrades )

Please bear in mind: When you have a SUS contract you need the latest version of the software.

When you want to upgrade Step 7 Safety Advanced v18 you need the following upgrade license:

6ES7833-1FA24-0YY5

And when you want to upgrade WinCC Advanced v18, you need the following upgrade license:

6AV2102-3AA02-4AK5
