Hello gtsolid;

To access the range modules of your analog card, you must:

- start by removing power to the S7-300 rack;

- open the front door panel of the analog card;

- remove the front connector; (there are 2 buttons on top and bottom of the frnt connector that you press to free the front connector);

- pull out the analog card from its rack position, (you must unscrew it from the rack first).

Then on the right side of the card you will see the 4 square range modules (see attachment).

An arrow on the side of each range module points to a letter on the range module. Use a screwdriver to remove them, then insert them back making sure that the arrow faces the letter "A" for that module.

Then replace the card in its rack position (screw it back in), re-insert the front connector (make sure it gives an audible "click" to nsure it is properly set), and power up the rack. When the CPU is active tell us if things are now working as expected.
