connection between two CP cards using S7-PLCSIM 5.3

Ariya Man Posts: 90 Rating: (7)	hello everybody, Im trying to make a connection between two CPs ( CP 343-1 and CP 443-1) via Ethernet (Iso) using *S7-PLCSIM 5.3 .* What i did was that i created a connection between local and partner CPUs on NetPro and changed Set PG/PC to ISO after downloadind configuration. but my problem is as i click on "Active/Deactivate connection status" , connection status for local cpu is *no connection to cp* and for partner cpu is *not aviable*. Hello , As far as I know, PLCSIM is capable of simulating S7 connection between 2 connection partners.You can try your configuration with set up illustrated in the following link: How do you simulate communication between two CPU modules? If it does not meet your requirements, check the sample programs available for different communication scenarios to verify your config and program. I hope this helps Best regards, Hamid Hosseini

Ariya Man Posts: 90 Rating: (7)	I’ve also figured it out what you mentioned. My problem was that I was using an old version of PLCSIM which does not support peer-to-peer communications. Thanks for your attention anyway.
