The system is performing very well in overall, but the problem I am facing is that some of the stations are being disconnected in an irregular intervals (once a day or so). If YES: Is it updated to the latest sub version also V4.5.2? I would encourage you to create a formal support request with Siemens if you are running firmware V4.5. There are new additions that might be giving you problems. My note is invalid if you are running an earlier firmware.

Do you use a Windows Server Operating System? (You need one, because of the big amount of connections). And do you also use a SIMATIC NEt Softnet license for up to 64 connections? Bye Murof

Without a few basic information we cannot help you with your issue. Which exact WinCC Version (with Upd)? Wich PLC, with which FW Version? do you get any error messages? what is your exact problem/question? Any Screenshots to understand better? Bye Murof
