I have a problem in one CPU 314C 2-DP, 6ES7314-6CF00-0AB0 / V1.0. This came after replacing defected one with same part number, 

SF led comes on, and BF led is blinking. When I go through HW configuration, the CPU is marked with red sign showing an error & when opening the module information I found the Status:Error / Not a force job. 

What may cause this problem?

check the diagnostic buffer for the error events.

Have you use the same FW Version like the older replaced plc?
Have you use the same MEmoryCard?

The FW Version is same as before, also the memory card is the same, attache is the diagnostic buffer file.

What other may cause the problem?

What do you think about this:

Do you use profibus? Check connectors, terminating resistors at ends, power supply to all stations.
