When creating the client profile on the server under Management View> Clients, is there anything else to do to make it available to the Desigo CC client?

I assume that the message was generated on a remote client. If so, have you already checked the following points?

Hi,

I am using an Unsecure connection at the moment for testing purposes.

- I`ve shared the project folder on both laptops

- In management views>Clients, I`ve created a new client and client profile

- Under the user settings, I`ve added the client profile

Any ideas what else I could try?

- I can also see on the server that the user is logged in on the client PC. The user also get logged out after a while.

The only thing I think is the issue is in SMC Desigo CC Server, we`ve got the option to share the project. I`ve done it. But when I am trying to add a user or group, I`ve cannot find the Client PC in the list. Is there anything I need to do in Windows to be able to see the client PC?

If you can't discover a computer that is on the network, it could possibly be due to its settings. Check this article:

Just found out how important is it to configure the services in automatic mode, otherwise, we constantly lose the connection.
