Distance between objects.

Stukkies73 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I am busy writing an program that measures the spacing between objects on a conveyor belt, if the objects is closer to each other than the preset spacing I want to reject the two objects the is to close to each other, but I don't seem to be able to do this, any suggestions that would allow me to do this. This is for a line that runs glass bottles and there is one sensor that can be used.

Can you explain more? Now at the momment i will use that sensor negative bit and if negative bit calculate more then setpoint of timer then you know you distance correct between bottles if less then it must be rejected
