There seems to be no more documentation on this part number, except its (partially) translated name: 

"BRUECK-/EINWEGGL.+UEBERERR.+STR OMERF"

--> "BRIDGE / ONE WAY GL. + UBERERR. + STR OMERF"

What equipment was this part found in? All Siemens information in Product Support or Industry Mall point to Spare Parts, so further investigation would need to identify the product family of this component.
