Let's try to analyse this. The 6ES7 195-1GA00-0XA0 is described as a rail for ET 200M systems. More precisely, it is desiigned to hold active bus mdules that can be used in redundant communications (with a S7-400H system) or in CiR applications (removal/insertion of modules under power). There are no active bus modules for a CPU, only for IMs; a s such it cannot support a S7-300 system.
