I'm trying to perform a factory reset on an HMI for which I forgot the settings password. As instructed by support, I downloaded the "Basic2nd Recovery Stick." However, when I was looking for the image, as described in the support instructions, I couldn't find it in either V14 or V20. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Software and HMI:

PROSAVE Method

I tried using the PROSAVE method, but it doesn't work. As you can see, I set my IP to 192.168.0.1 since the HMI IP in WinCC is 192.168.0.2. However, for some reason, WinCC sees mine as 192.168.0.2 as well. If I ignore that and try pressing the "Flash LED" button, the HMI blinks. However, when I hit the "Load" button, an error appears at the bottom right corner (see image 2).

I've just finished trying through the PROSAVE shortcut, and it ends in an error too. Images below.

I don't know; two days ago, I was able to upload, with this USB Stick, an old project to a similar new KTP700 basic without any issues. So, I thought everything was fine with the USB stick. I'll try to find a new USB stick with 2.0 and test it.
Yes, I’ve powered up the panel several times, both with and without the USB stick, using almost every version of the files from Siemens Support that you sent me. I also discovered an "HMI Panel Image Updater" and tried using almost every file in it.
