G120 with Encoder Feedback

ashwini_sahoo Posts: 47 Rating: (0)	I am using CU 240S DP CU & the encoder connected to my motor is HTL incremental of 1024 PPR. Parameters I have assigned are:- P1300:- 21 (Vector control with sensor) P400:- 12 P408:- 1024 Fault F001, F002, F027 are comming whenver I am giving start command to the drive. If i am assigning P1300:- 0 (V/f control) drive is running perfectly. Plz give some solution Regards, Ashwini

If it is negative, you have changed A/B- tracks, if it has double or halb speed, than it would be your number of encoder tracks - for example 2048 instead of 1024. Zako

It is important to have an accurate motor model for Vector Control. Is the motor at standstill when giving the run command? CU240S is GP pool firmware, F0001 - over current, F0002 Over voltage, F0027 - w-phase overcurrent.

ashwini_sahoo Posts: 47 Rating: (0)	I have run the drive in ID mode with parameters P1900:-2 (for motor data at stand still) In this condition motor is remaining in stand still. But during speed optimisation & run commanddrive is tripping with fault code F0001.
