RKM Posts: 93 Rating: (13)	H-H Dear All, Just a small thing to add. Time stamping is only valid without RS485 repeaters on Profibus line between the ET200M and the CPU/CP. Yoga Shankar This feature is available only on a few select Failsafe IO Modules only and they cost more than triple compared to normal IO modules. A small thing to clarify, It's not limited only to fail safe (expensive) modules but the following standard modules could alsobe used for 1ms time stamping. 6ES7321-7BH01-0AB0. 6ES7321-7RD00-0AB0. 6ES7321-7TH00-0AB0. 6ES7326-1BK01-0AB0. It could also be configured with ET200iSP (6ES7131-7RF00-0AB0) More information can be read under System and componentsin High-Precision Time Stamping (V7.1). I am trying to generate the alarms on OS, but it is not generating. My querry isweather I can generate the alarm using the PLCSIM ? or Ineed tohave the actual hardware to check my stuff.
