How to calculate IGBT out put current?

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (883)	Hello Experts, In one of application the details of power supply are as mentioned below. 3 phase AC supply converted to DC by thyristers (DC capacitors) connected to 4 nos IGBTs ( 2 in anti-parallel) Out put is single phase AC with 400 HZ. Power supply 3 phase 415 Volt 50 Hz AC input current 250 Amp. DC Supply voltage = 580 V DC DC Current = 310 Amp. Can any one tell me how much will be the out put AC voltage & current at 400 Hz? Thanks in advance. DEEP.

Thanks in advance. DEEP. As far as voltage is concerned, it can not be more than rated so max voltage will be 415 V only
