Masterdrive Failure at F002

Pralhad Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Masterdrives VC & MC invertor units which ar DC BUS of Common rectifire when fails on F002 precharging fault. Found internal semiconductor fuses fail. Replacing them which is complicated JOB. Type Nos of Fuses inside the inverter unit are not mention in any manual. So procuring it proactively is also not possible. Can I get any chart of DC Link fuses inside masterdrives inverters and Sinamics Motor modules. It will make more enduser's life easy. They can procure them prior in stock. & on breakdown can be replaced earliest and restart Drives. Thanks in advance. Regards, Pralhad

Make logic such that, DC voltage will applied through resistors first and after getting some voltage - 80%, switch to main contactor. This will help you to avoid fuse failures Now- as far as spares concern, you can find fuse part no from catalog and manual as well catalog & in Manual Inverter (DC-AC) Compact Type Inverter (DC-AC) Chassis Type Regards, Devesh Vithani
