We have a power module 6SL3120-1TE23-0AA3 (30A) that controls 13 motors rated at 0.45 kW (1.3 A) each (wiring diagram attached). We have occasionally experienced motor burnout, and upon checking, we found that the no-load current for each motor is 2.4 A (which is 184% of the rated no-load current). We checked the electrical connections, and everything appears to be in order, so I suspect there may be an issue with the power module settings (parameterization). I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

We intentionally increased the motor protection settings to run the machine and investigate why the drive is delivering a high current.

I will check parameter P1300 to confirm.
