1.- Actualmente existen 75 máquinas, cada maquina es una unidad de producción de juguete, el tablero de control está conformada por un PLC S7-300 (CPU315-2DP) con sus respectivos periféricos y red Profibus-DP, al CPU se integra una tarjeta CP-343-1 Lean conectada a un Scalance X204-2 y esta ultima forman un anillo de Fibra Óptica redundante al Scalance XR324.

2.- De las 72 máquinas operativas existen seis (06) programas diferentes en los CPU, cada una ajustadas a la producción especifica del producto terminado. La identificación de máquina es un número correlativo vinculado a la dirección IP del CP343-1 (192.168.10.xx) siendo las letras xx el numero de la máquina.

Mi pregunta es, si es factible que el Wincc me permita soportar la conexión por protocolo TCP-IP en el Administrador de variables de las 75 máquinas en un mismo PC. Considerando una arquitectura Cliente Servidor, donde el Servidor tenga redundancia RAID1.

Cada unidad de producción arranca de forma local por medio de la OP77B (red Profibus-DP), no será eliminada.

Como referencia les muestro lista entradas / salidas en los tableros eléctricos.
