Hello Azizox, Welcome to forum. Please provide detail information of your system like type of controller, drive, motor, axis detail etc. along with brief history e.g. if it is running machine or new under commissioning etc. etc. This information will be helpful to members for diagnosis & provide accurate help. To your problem, from the attached snap C1 axis is faulty. Please check motor IR value, power cables continuity, insulation etc. etc. Is C1 axis motor has inbuilt or external brake? If yes, check brake operation. If above is OK try by replacing power module. This fault triggers when motor draws 3 times more current than its nominal current. Hope this helps. |
