Problem when compile CFC chart in PCS7 v7.1. Help me, please!!

chicken Posts: 96 Rating: (1)	When I compile CFC chart with entire AS option, I have got the error as show in attached picture. I can't find out FC1320 in my program, but when compile, it show error in FC1320. Last week, I created single project and wrote some codes, the program work ok. But after I change the symbol table and copy some function from the other project in my project, the problem appears. What does my problem? Please help me solve it. Thanks a lot. duygu04 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	My friend got the same error for an FC after compilation. I suppose the reason of this error is that you did not close FC1320 block before compilation.

chicken Posts: 96 Rating: (1)	I compiled entire program and it has that error. At first, I have create a single project, designed pictures, wrote some code to test and it worked ok. After that, I change some I/O in my program. because I co-work with my friend on 2 computer, so I export my Sybol Table and import it into my friend's program. I also copy some code in my program to friend's program. After doing that things, I compile the program of my friend and have problem. I don't know what is FC1320 and where is it? I don't creat it in program. In the Block in Simatic Manager, I saw more function create by CFC, SFC, but can't find out FC1320.

CBo Gold Member Joined: 4/5/2006 Last visit: 7/30/2025 Posts: 917 Rating: (63)	Hi chicken, is possible simbolic name has been overwritten during impoting symbols and code from other project? deleting object with authors "ES_MAP" in Block folder, and deleting all chart "@..." from Chart folder, do you receive message again after complete compiling? if yes, can you try to save project with "Save As.." with Reorganization option checked? P.S.: i hope you both are using same PCS7 version lets to know if more help needed regards

chicken Posts: 96 Rating: (1)	Hi CBo, I'm sorry because I forgot an important point. Some code I copy from the other old project creat by PCS7 v 6.0. Is there a reason of problem? but before import symbol, those codes work ok and I have tested program ok. The problem just appears after I import symbols. Some symbols is overwriten. I'll try your ways and let you know the result. Thanks for your help.

chicken Posts: 96 Rating: (1)	hi ercag, I said that I can't find FC1320 in my Block. But now I know what's happen. The reason is when I create FC with SCL, I creat a FC number has existed in my friend's program, so when I compile it, it overwrite the old FC. My solution is open the source code SCL, change the FC number to free number, recompile the SCL source and recompile all program. It's done. Thank you all for your helps.
