I know that LOGO V8 has up to 400 block to use in my projects, but I need to know how many programming lines this device has.

I searched in the manual and just found the blocks information.

Since you speak of lines, I assume that you are programming in LAD.
In the Logo software one sheet is the default setting in the circuit diagram.

I saw other PLCs like LOGO and they usually say: xxx Programable Blocks and yyy Programable Lines. I found the number of blocks, my problem now is the number of lines.

And yes, I am using LAD.

No, infinity can not. Why not simply how many pages can be set.
The number of lines is then thereof usable but also dependent on the number of blocks per line.
If you, for example, use 2 blocks per line, you can use more lines than when using 5 blocks per line.
In a parallel connection of 10 inputs, you usually put the blocks in the top line. This means: 1 line with blocks and 9 lines without blocks.

You see, calculating the maximum number of lines is not easy.

 Oh i got it. I need this information more for marketing purposes.
Its common to say that the CLP have x numbers of blocks and y numbers of lines to use. And explain all this for the customers is not that simple.

Exactly that's why Siemens no precise information makes (can't do).
Siemens says maximum number of blocks. The amount of memory you can learn about the sofware.
And the programming with LAD is only for dinosaurs......

In FUB you don't need lines...

A little programm goes good in LAD. But when your programm becomes greater and with more intellect (and more Blocks) then you better can programming in FB.

In FB there is a lot more information on one page, so when you are editting, and simulation, you can better see whats going wrong.

In FB you have full accces to all the functions of your LOGO, in LAD not to all.

If you never used FB, i can say, its not difficult to learn programming in FB.

On the site of Siemens LOGO is a lot of information and also lessons to learn programming.

In one evening you can learn to programm in FB (If you can handle LOGO by LAD)
