i have a memory card for tp 170 panel it has a protool project

i want to open it using winccflexible to change the screen

i click on open protool project the file with the extend pdp is missing from the project files on memory so i have to ask

is there a special way to open the project of the memory card ?

how i can open the project by wincc after uploading it ?

the card reader and the memory are in the attachment

you can't open this projects.

Only the engineering project can be opened but not the compiled data stored on the panel/card

so if you have no engineering project you can't change the screen

so i have to upload the project from the panel ?

When the original program was downloaded to the HMI and an option "Enable Back Transfer"  checked,you can upload the program with the Protool software and open/edit  it but this require a large memory which is not available in such panels.

Otherwise,you can backup the program using the Prosave software but this backup can be downloaded to the same type of  panel  and not able to open/edit it.
