Dear sir,

I am using Simatic V5.5 sp4 software and USB A2 pc adaptor to get online.

I have set correct PG/PC interface but when i try to upload program no any error coming only it loading only for 2sec and disappear as attached in video.

To overcome this problem i updated pc adaptor driver, also uninstalled  Simatic manager but problem not solve.

I have also checked drivers in devise  manager under Simatic net usb pc adaptor A2 showing.

My system specification is Windows 7 professional,32bit. 

Any one have any suggetion????

Dear sir,

Here I am attaching my USB PC adaptor img.

It was working fine previously but since Month I am facing the problem.

One more thing I have also tested this cable in another PLC and it works……so I think there is not problem with cable.

I have already tested this PC adaptor with another PC it work fine.So one thing is clear here there is no problem with PC adaptor.

I am just facing problem when I connect my laptop to PLC vai PC adaptor .

That's why I have reinstalled simatic manager but it's not works.

Dear all,

After several trail i did not fixed problem i was facing the same problem so i uninstalled step7 v5.5 sp4 and tried to install it again but while installation random errors are coming every time.

I also tried to remove all setup files from registry editor but problem is same.

I have attached pictures of error....in addition to it 258:8 error is also coming.

I also tried to install step7 professional 2010SR but it dose not successful. 

Pls share your thoughts...
