if the F-DI module is passivated and reintegrated, the acknowledgement button is pressed twice. The reason is that the emergency stop (ESTOP1 block) can only be acknowledged when the F-DI module has been integrated. Since the reintegration in the project comes after the call of the ESTOP block, two program cycles are required for acknowledgement in this case.

make sure you safety program includes a call to ACK_GL. This block re-integrates any passivated IO.

Having problems with three modules that all have the same alarm:

• Error in PROFIsafe communication with F-I/O.
• F-I/O passivated.

Modules:
F-DI 8x24VDC HF
6ES7 136-6BA00-0CA0
FW: V 1.0.7

2x F-DQ 4x24VDC/2A PM HF
6ES7 136-6DB00-0CA0
FW: V 2.0.2

The project is in TIA17 (update7).

In Main_Safety i have a ACK_GL.

Can anyone tell me more about these alarms, or have a solution? I don't really know how to remove these.

solved the problem by "assign PROFIsafe address"

If you do this and the error continues try to STOP the PLC and go to RUN
