Check what is your LOW and HIGH limit in FC-105?

Also, do check input at BIPOLAR.

As  BIPOLAR: The input integer value is assumed to be between –27648 and 27648, therefore, K1 = –27648.0 and K2 = +27648.0.

    Uper limit and lower limit values are ok..(uper limit is 8 and lower limit is 0) and it is unipoler.My weighing indicator are also calibration between 0 to 8 kg and its analog output signal range is from 4mA to 20mA.so these things are ok.

one another thing when i remove the analog signal wire form the plc terminals and examine this analog address(piw754) in variable table ,there are some value are fluctuating 16 and 32 continuously 

Is it 2 wire or 4 wire sensor?

Have you checked the wiring connections?

Have you shortened another AI of the PLC?

It is a 2 wire sensor and check the all the connections that are ok..

in my situation, everytime I check incomming signal from sensor with multimeter selected specific signal type. If signal comming is ok (in range), recalculation due your range and meassured value must be +/- ok.

Update: put in VAT your PIW<address> for AI and check values. In multimeter you can have some mA value and if you can, post analog value corespond to that multimeter value. You can make more tests if you will have some other mA values.

First of all do you calibrated your Load cell indicator for zero scale and span scale, what type of your load cell indicator? do you checked 4 wire or 6 wire of your indicator?

- In such as this cases we are usually programming our own Scaling to maintain our analog input that's mean you have to make your scale unloaded ie. on dead load and put down the analog input value and put full scale load and put down the analog input value then make your own scale according to low limit and high limit.

- If you need to calculate your process value to get a flow rated for example 8kg per Sec, Min or Hrs. have a look to attached example.

I see your drawing picture.my scale structure is same as your.I also calibrate(0 to 8 kg) the weighing indicator.now the indicator show 100% accurate weight.The weighing indicator give 4mA to 20mA according to weight(4mA at 0kg and 20mA at 8kg).so there is no issue in this section.but when the signal come at plc (analog input terminal) whose value is showing 4mA (at multi meter) but the scaling block(FC105) not active.when i put some weight at conveyor(about 700 grams)then FC105 activated....so i add some vale in analog input signal that remove the error.

Mr Hassan. my conveyor speed is 32 meter/min,length of the conveyor is 1.5meters.now i want to calculate the flow rate and from this flow rate i want to calculate total weight for 24 hours. so can you help me to calculate that flow rate.

can you send me the distance of load area? this area should located between 2 rollers. and load cell about the middle between them.  

some thing else I think we have to go to our own scaling, 

Please see the structure.and give your suggestions about it.according to your conveyor structure, my load cell should be located between the tow roller but the load cells are located outside the rollers

when i put the load of 4.5 kg then my weighing indicator show about 2.3 kg instead of actual weight

1 - You have to empty the scale belt and make sure no Mechanical stress or belt is losses or tighten too much  and put down the analog value in PIW.

2 - put full load on the scale belt and put down the value in PIW and this value shold be input in X_Val and dont care if the value is 27648 or less or more the the benefit of our scale FC1 in the attached example

3- I attached the picture with some equation in general you may need to change the numbers, fore example I made the load area 72 cm you have to change it to 2,5 meters and so on.

finally you have to read the Net Works comments carefully and the calculation in the attached picture.
