Dear samstrong, Using FB41 is very straight forward and can be easily handled.You may tried using FB41,I suggest you upload your project or part of your program related to PID controller. Then we can point out the problem much easier. Also check this sample hd_FB41_EX.zip for a helpful starting point and attachment to read what is necessary to know about FB41.
