simovert master drive A023 and A025

mohit Posts: 89 Rating: (1)	There is problem in the mainline motor (1FK7100-5AF71-ITGO)connected to simovert MC(6SE70 21-3TB51-Z) motor temperature rising up to 145 Degree C. We have checked all the rollers to find out the friction problem and greased all bearing properly.Now i installed a cooling fan for this motor temperature fall down to 136 Deg C but motor get tripped after a short period of 5 or 10 Min. So please look the problem and suggest us what should we do.What are the reasons of trmperature rising and This is the problem of motor or due to the rollers. Note:-Some time it shows the fault A023 and some time shows A025.

mohit Posts: 89 Rating: (1)	Dear IIA & DT Problem has been solved reason was that this endless motor running with 5.87m/min in manual mode while it should run in automode with the line spped (5.00m/min) (because it was selected in manual mode) means it was running 0.87m/min faster than the line speed. it was not synchronise with the line motors
