Hi klumpit,

I've noticed that your CPU is in run mode as well as there were no faults on it.

So, Try to do the following tests:

1- make sure of DC input volt to those modules ( L+ , M ).

2- make sure of M pin for the cards, as well as the L+ to the signals.

3- If the two points above have no problems, then try to replace your power supply with another one.

First clarify is it SM321 or SM322?

From video you shared it seems wiring problem. Check the supply to the cards and also sensor supplies int he field. You can also check backplane connectors and modules are properly fit or not.
