Hello, your DB redundant program should be in sequence. do'nt configure unwanted DB data in ob100. |

hi, Please refer the manual for software redundancy, also please note the requirements for software redundancy as below: Minimum Requirement of the R system 1. User DB should start from DB10 2. Each DB should be of some minimum length (10 integer) 3. All user DB’s should be consecutive 4. All user flag shall be from MW50. 5. Normal timers and counters can not be used. 6. Generate 1sec. pulse by using IEC timers and use standard function block written using this 1Sec pulse. All IEC timers should have instance DB’s, all such instance DB’s must be kept continuous. Number of IEC timers and counters should be kept as less as possible. 7. Never upload a R Project. System generates DB1, DB2 and DB3. If they are uploaded, there is a problem of corruption. Have you configured your hardware for redundancy correctly? Can you send the hardware configuration of your project? |
