Can i link my CU320 -2PN directly to Simatic Net so that i can view/modifiy drive parameters in a C# application ? With regards, nand gate.

(there is a application example integration of C/C++ Programms in WinRTX). Or a standard PC? (here you can use a CP1616). Otherwise you can do a trace directly on the SINAMICS and store the trace file and import it (for example as .CSV format) - I don`t know if that would be sufficient for you! Zako

I want to cut down the project cost this time, so i am going for direct PC communication. Is it possible with the existing hardware ? And where can i find this trace option in Scout software? with regards, nand gate

So where should i insert IE-General (In slot no. 1 or somewhere else )? or can i insert it in any slot ? is there any procedure or formula for slot selection ? Kindly, let me know.
