I`m following the manual “PCS7 Software update with utilization of the new functions”, in the step Update the OS with Project Migrator I ran the Project Migrator but the application never finish the Step 3.

Monitoring the Task Manager the CPU was 0% used, I left the application waiting and running around 12 hours but still stacked.

After this I can simulate the OS in the Engineering Station without any problem.

Which can be the reason why the application was stacked? and what is the procedure to follow in this situation.
