Use ANY pointer (Copied from FC303) for move data from two DB but with offset

I have In local data Source e Destination pointer data ... but .. how to load data from pointer in ANY format ? I cannot use SFC20 at the end of block becase I mast move a data by offset from source DB and Destination DB ..
