Chris.Percival Posts: 30 Rating: (0)	Has anyone ever had a problem where seemingly random buttons that were working fine, cease to have a function? When this happens, you press the button but not only nothing happens (IE navigate to another screen etc) but the button does not indent to confirm you actually pressed it. The problem is still present if you switch the HMI off and on again. This has happened to me 3 times in the past week (as I make modifications to a HMI program undergoing commisioning) and is fixed by simply downloading the same program again. I programmed using WinCC Flexible 2007 Hot Fix 4 My operating system - XP 2002 Professional SP2

Chris.Percival Posts: 30 Rating: (0)	Siemens tech support say it is a known problem fixed by upgrading to Hot Fix 4. The subtle thing being that it is a recent application developed by a collegue of mine pre Hot Fix 4. We have tediously gone through the entire application and re-created the same buttons. HMI now on test.
