Due to the Windows update, IE is out of service, so one of the solutions to continue viewing the SCADA Web Browser is the following: -WinCC V 7.4 SP1 1. Enable support for Internet Explorer and Edge browser. Microsoft Edge > Settings > Default browser, Allow Internet Explorer support option. *Restart Edge browser 3. Verify that the SCADA web browser link is under Trusted Sites. Microsoft Edge > Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites Add the SCADA navigator address in case it does not exist. 4. Open a new tab in the Edge browser and enter the address of the SCADA web browser. Note: When the page loads, it may automatically enter IE support. 5. Yes, the page is not loaded with IE support. Click on the tab and select "Load in Internet Explorer mode" or an IE icon will appear on the right side of the browser (Select it). I managed to enable the Web Browser from Edge on most of my clients' computers, however, I am having two issues on some computers. - One of the computers I recently purchased, when trying to install webnavigatorclient.exe, asks me to restart the computer. I have already restarted the computer several times but it keeps asking the installer to restart the computer. -A device that was already viewing the SCADA Navigator from the Edge browser, now when trying to enter the browser, stays on the Connecting screen. Zip annex with screenshots for the solution of Edge browser and computer problems.

Hello If you wan to use MS Edge with Weboptions you should have a look at this FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109792981 Or you use the WinCCViewerRT.exe it is independent to Windows Explorer or other browser Bye Murof |
