PCS7 v 7.1 - error on OS server compile - diagnostic tags

I had to diable the diagnostics in the hiearchy settings in order to compile to continue work on the project. I need to get it working again though. there really are no other details in the logs either.

Woodchuck Posts: 7 Rating: (5)	I know that this reply is probably 3 years too late to help you, but since we had the exact same error message, I wanted to post what we found as the problem. That way this may help others who also do a search for this error message. In our case we discovered that a Reference Client had been created, but the OS Basis had not yet been assigned to another OSC project. As soon as we did this, the OS compile was successful.
