Patidar Posts: 42 Rating: (0)	Dear expert, I am going to replace 200A, 6RA24 drive with 200A, 6RA70 drive here I have set rest of the parameters but confused on some of the following parameter value. parametres of 6RA24 drive are - P740 - 117 P744 - 6.5 P761 - 14 P762 - 14 P772 - 17 P376 - 8.6% P377 - 0% What should be corresponding paramter value for 6RA70 drive?

KSN Platinum Expert Joined: 8/25/2006 Last visit: 11/17/2024 Posts: 2211 Rating: (280)	Hello. 6RA24 6RA70 P740 - 117 P750=117 (function diagram G115) P744 - 6.5 P753=6.5 6RA24 P772 - 17 P376 - 8.6% P377 - 0% For converting this logic to 6RA70 you can use the following parameters in 6RA70: P376=8.6%, P596=0, P377=0%, P772=172. Also look at function diagrams G112, G187. 6RA24 P761 - 14 P762 - 14 These parameters defines two jogs from terminals 39,40. Jog setpoints are defined in P401 and P402. To make such logic in 6RA70 you need to use e.g. Inching setpoint (sheet G129) and make additional logic.

To realize inching in 6RA70 like jogs in 6RA24 you must connect main setpoint in P433. Try the following configuration: P435.01=B0016 P435.02=B0018 (I hope you have CUD2 and connect the same signal at terminal 40 as it was in 6RA24) P401=0.59% P402=0.1% P436.01=K0401 P436.02=K0402 P437.01=1 P437.02=1 Also check in 6RA70 how the main setpoint goes through sheets G127...G136 from P433 to the input of RFG.

Patidar Posts: 42 Rating: (0)	Dear Expert, I did same and it works but with small problem. 37(Switch On), 38(Operating Enable) & 36(Inching) are active High during the application. As I appllied Shutdown (switchoff 37), it shows Alarm A031, before entering into Inching operation. As inching starts Alarm A031 Disapear. and load run as per inching function. I optimized P51-25 & P51-26. Is it commissioning problem?

Your inching setpoints are very small (P401=0.59% andP402=0.1%), when P388=3% (Permissible deviation between setpoint and actual value 1)is greater then P401 and P402 (look at function diagram G187). So you can decrease the value of P388 or increase the value of P390 or may be disable the alarm A031 in P821.

Patidar Posts: 42 Rating: (0)	Dear Expert, Drive is working since 5 days opeartion wise it is ok but I want to set it's deaccelaration time 3 seconds. for this I did change following parameters but did not get success - P302 - 1, P304 - 3, P308 i02 - 3 P311 - 3 These parameters are enough to acheive 3 seconds deaccelaration time? please suggest.
