Good evening I Am working on a 840DI control and have alarm 380500 with error 135 which i can not get rid off. I put the code in 2798 to 2 but it will not take alarm away .4/5 axis lost there positions managed to reset  A  axis  and set up zero position .When i switched off and on again to set up C axis it would not allow me to get ride of alarm, could some one please advise me on how to solve this please.

how do i check the paramters on control or in the drive do i need a hand control to check this ,i see on the control paramter 302500 is not the same as act-pos-abs(1) where as on 4 axises is the same vaule for both .
