Alarm loggin time stamp synchronization

At out customer we have 11 panels (all with the exact same project). Every panel is connected to 3 6ES7-315 PLC's via Profinet. The PLC's are engineered in the classic Simantic Step-7. The panel gets its current date and time from PLC 1, this in order to make sure that every panel has the exact same time. It is also possible to adjust the time and date in the PLC from one of the panels (which works) and is correctly displayed on the HMI. Now however when an alarm occurs and is displayed in the alarm view of the HMI application it doesn't have the timestamp of the PLC but the timestamp of the internal time of the HMI. How do I make sure that the alarms use the time that is displayed on the HMI (thus the time in PLC1) and not the internal time of the HMI? Thanks in advance.

By using the Program_Alarm instruction / system functionality. But isn't the program_alarm instruction reserved for 1500 PLC? If so, this won't work, because I have a 315 CPU.

Using the S7 alarm system means abandoning alarms generation in HMI and doing it in a PLC instead. AutoGen_2885365 Isn't there a way so that the internal time of the HMI will be overwritten by the time from the PLC? IDK
