There is no documentation as such showing how to perform step by step what you request. I have not been able to find information about SQLite restore either so I think this is not implemented yet and from what I have seen in other posts, this is only possible even on Unified PC RT. For panels I think it will be implemented in the next updates ("WinCC Unidied Panel Data, Alarm, Audit trail logs. Restore from backup path.")
