Hello Mr. Singh, To your questions: 1- What is the Maximum Measuring Weight (in the Scale Parameter "Weighing Range") in Siwatool Software. My answer: The Scale Parameter "Weighing Range" is the maximum of material which you want to weight with your scale. 2-Can i put 20000 with the decimal point of 10 (means 10Kg Resolution)? My answer: A “decimal point of 10” means not 10 kg, but you shift the decimal point at 10 places into the integer value, e.g. 0.0000000000! This is not possible! 3-And Can i use 40Tons for Calibration which is 20% of 200Tons, or the calculation should be like 5% of 800Tons (4 x 200=800) ? My answer: The calculation is: 5% of 800Tons (4 x 200=800) = 40 Tons 4-Suggetion, would it be good to do the calibration at high load (70% of Max. Load) or calibration at low load (20% of Max Load) is also ok ? Because i did the calibration at 30 Tons but when i placed the 60 Tons it shows me 65tons My answer: Load cells are working linear, that means a calibration with a low load is ok. Normally a calibration with 30 Tons is not possible with your scale. You need a least 40 Tons(5% of 800 Tons) as a calibration weight. When you place 60 Tons on the scale and the Siwarex CS shows 65 Tons after the calibration than your mechanics/load cells aren't ok! 5-What is the difference between 4 wire Wiring and 6 wire Wiring, does 6 wire wiring gives more accuracy then 4 wire wiring? My answer: The 6 wire wiring between the Siwarex CS and the load cells gives more accuracy then 4 wire wiring. You have to connect the load cells to the Siwarex CS module via 6 wire wiring. On the internet you can find a quick guide how to do a calibration: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/37733418 Best regards Siwarexi |
