Dear experts,

I have problem with MICROMASTER Integrated 6SE9612-7DF60ZC87.
I can't start motor of pump. I checked main power supply (ok), I changed potentiometer positions on different levels. I tried to use DIN3 like in instruction from manual to reset trip but nothing happened (what means use, unplugg and plug the wire again?)

LED status:  Green and yellow flashing together, after that green is OFF and yellow is ON (no flashing). 

Please give me some advice.

Split from Micromaster Integrated disassembly.

Lift the inverter block from the motor and power up, (4 screws, either side of the block attach it to the motor on sockets).

Run it disconnected from the motor, and check the LED indications. Do the LED indications change?

Power the motor, and current direct on line, see if it runs.

I hope that this will confirm either the motor or inverter is causing the fault.

The inverter block may be difficult to replace now, hoping it is the motor which is defective.

I did it. Same led status.

Also I removed micromaster A from motor A on other motor B (same type) and motor doesn't start. But motors A and B start with micromaster B with no problem.

Definitely it's problem with micromaster A. Same LED status.

I'm waitting for new micromaster, but in meanwhile can you tell me what I can check for micromaster A? How to reset trip?

Also, can you tell me how I can copy parameters from this micromaster A to new one? Via OPM2 device or via some software and cable?

The parts:

PC connecting cable = 6SE3290-0XX87-8SK0, this is on RS Components, and appears to have the 'edge' connector for the RS 232 connection.

I now see it is a discontinued item, but the information sheets and the picture of parts may be may be useful?

Keypad OPM2 = 6SE3290-0XX87-8BF0, I see some on E Bay for sale, silly prices though.

Comment:

I would guess the parameters required for the pump to work with a new inverter brick will be small, and for simplicity, if you can get the OPM2 to function I would recommend commissioning the unit from default settings.

I have some hard copy notes here if you need further information.

If I understood you well, here is 2 ways for transfer parameters:

1) Via OPM2 device

2) Via PC with compatible cable, what about software?

I have been doing some checking, and the RS Components cable is not the correct item for the Micromaster / Combimaster.

The cable to connect between OPM2 and the inverter has a 9 pin D type on the OPM2 end, and a connector suitable for connecting to SK200, on the other end. The inverter supplies the power for the OPM2 through this cable.

The OPM2 cable can upload parameters from the defective unit, store in the OPM2 and then download to the new device.

Still looking for the part number.

The easiest route I believe is to make a cable to go between SK200 and the OPM2.

I found in manual of Micromaster that SIMOVIS (softver) is supported only with win95 or under.
So I have to buy OPM2 device.
But is possible to check do I really need change parameters for new one micromaster or it can works with default parameters.

Problem is beacause I'm not sure can I start motor via new micromaster without OPM2.

It doesn't make a sence to buy OPM2 if I don't need it.

 Can I make connection between PC and Micromaster via that handmade cable; D type connect to PC and 5 wires on other end connect to SK200 on Micromaster? And after that run Drive monitor on my PC (win7 32bit).?

The device is MICROMASTER Integrated 6SE9612-7DF60ZC87, 3 phase, 400Volt, 1.1kW,.

At default the settings will be suitable for a standard 1.1kW, 4 pole motor.

The operation:

Run command, switch between terminal 8 (+15V), and 5 (DIN1).

Speed set point by potentiometer (R314) to the right of the LED's, behind blank.
