The correct syntax by using the datatype BYTE is:
- Password;LOGO=VM6,1,Byte for 1-signal
- Password;LOGO=VM6,0,Byte for 0-signal
in this example makes the VM-Bit V6.0 high or low.
By using BYTE you can only address the first bit of this byte.

The correct syntax by using the datatype BIT is:
- Password;LOGO=VM6.0,1,Bit for 1-signal
- Password;LOGO=VM6.0,0, Bit for 0-signal
in this example makes the VM-Bit V6.0 high or low.
By using BIT you can address each bit of this Byte.
Other example:
- Password;LOGO=VM2.3,1,Bit for 1-signal
- Password;LOGO=VM2.3,0, Bit for 0-signal
in this example makes the VM-Bit V2.3 high or low.

But the datatype can you only use with the right Firmware of the CMR. Is the Version of your CMR not V2.0, then you must update the firmware. Follow the link:

And also you must have the right LOGO! with the right firmwareversion by using datatype BIT:

LOGO! FS04 or higher (firmware Version FW V1.81.01 or higher)
