I have a problem @ a customer that we cannot understand.

When we open a door repeated times, the input from the doorswitch makes the PLC go black and then restarts.

(When it happens, it happens as soon as the input comes from the doorswitch)

The error is consistant and can be repeated. Some times its just a few inputs from the doorswitch it takes, other times its 5-6 inputs.

What we have tried:

New doorswitch, new wiring.

Anybody seen this error before, or got any idea to troubleshoot from here.

The PLC is 6ES7512-1SK01-0AB0 and the profisafe cards is 6ES7136-6BA01-0CA0 (DI) and 6ES7136-6DB00-0CA0 (DQ).

That is when is was at the customer and testing.
