If XWP is in different IP segment to the automation station FDT on AS should be enabled.

Regarding the subnets, when PC is in wider range of network addresses than the AS communication is possible, but sending files such as config files causes errors (I don't know why). 

Please check materials in attachment regarding FDT & BBMD

On old PXC's - PXC50/100/200/001/00.... you must activate FD function for to have a chance to download via VPN from another IP segment.

I've the FDT function enable,

I already try do a warmstart and a cold start before download , but the message is always the same.

PC Configuration

IP: 172.31.240.41

MASK: 255.255.252.0

GTW:172.31.240.41

PXC Configuration

IP: 10.216.5.132

MASK: 255.255.255.240

GTW: 10.216.5.129

There's any specific port that should be enable for transfere this file.

I just request to open this specific ports:

47808-47817 UDP

30000-30001 UDP

443 - 443 TCP

6301 6301 TCP

you can try to configure connection regarding the attached picture. 

This usually helps to download. 

You can try as well: when Error "Download IOC file -> failed"- restart via power helps, compress, compile and download again. (Compress: CFC->Option->Customize->Compile/Download->Compress=

you can try to configure connection regarding the attached picture.

This approach helps also if you are accessing AS over VPN (different network).

I am using Ewon device over their cloud to access it. I could ping the AS, but until I configured as Cuhalovjan suggested on the picture (FDT and BBMD), it did not worked.
