This is Regarding problem in Siemens Simovert – VC Drive problem, We have two identical machine, In those machine 165kw Masterdrive (6SE7033-2TG60-Z) for spindle motor (1PL224-2HF003). Our observation is that parameter no (read parameter) r006 – DC link voltage is varying in 1) drive (from 550 to 570 vdc) & in 2)drive (from 545 to 550).

So same times 1^st drive is tripping & shown F008 Alarm.

Pls help me.

Yours is a inverter unit. the DC for this unit is fed from a rectifier or an AFE. the problem can be with the rectifier also. if both the drives are on the same rectifier and only 1 trips you need not worry about the rectifier else look in to it also.

on the inverter side the problem can be with either PSU , IVI or even the CUVC.
