Please always add as much information as you can in future posts.

What is the drive part number? (we can only deduce that the drive must be compact or above given the use of a CUVC card)

What motor is it driving (servo or induction) - we will statistically assume an induction motor as it is a CUVC card control.

Motor part number maybe ... (Is there an encoder, or a brake?)

As the fault is F011, has the motor been tested for winding faults or earth faults?

Is the load free to rotate, i.e. mechanically OK

It's a strange thing to highlight that the capacitors are "correct", have they been changed or reformed?

What is the history of this drive/motor (Was it all working and now not, is it a new install, is it a machine relocation, has any hardware been changed?) Has the drive been stripped down and not reconnected properly i.e. leaving a CT disconnected?

What is the control source? Is the drive actually being instructed to oscillate (i.e. an unstable analogue)

Hi, do you have the ability to compare the drive parameters with the backup file?

Can you provide a dnl backup file here so we can look at parameters?

If the load is disconnected from the motor and you are still seeing an overcurrent, then either:

1/. Parameters are incorrect

(Try and upload the installed parameters and compare with originals)

2/. Drive is defective

Remove motor tails and WITH POWER OFF, measure to see if any short circuits on drive output) Diodes should be detectable in output driver stack.

3/. Motor/cables/(reactor if fitted) is defective

With motor tails still removed, change P100 = 0 and then re-apply power to see if F011 still occurs when asked to run.

See if you can measure voltage on motor output connection
