For register 201, you add a Binary Input data point for each bit that you're trying to read. i.e. if you want to read all 16 individual bits, then you need to add 16 Binary Inputs.

The 'Data Type' is set to B16.

The 'address' would be the register number (201 or 200).

When set to B16, in the properties for the Binary Inputs, there's a 'Bit-Offset' property - this gets set from 0 up to 15, which ties up with the 16 individual bits shown in mapping info in the excel file for register 201.
