User signed the document using PQM workflow but his signature is not appearing in the coversheet of the document (revision PDF) and workflow is closed.

How to recover user signature in the revision PDF via object debugger? Please share some tips.

Maybe the Esign configuration isn't complete - easiest way to figure out what is missing is running Comos in debug mode and read the output captured by the tool Debugview
