How to set NTP server PC and CP lean card

Ssung Advanced Member Joined: 7/7/2015 Last visit: 9/2/2025 Posts: 58 Rating: (0)	Hello Guys. I'm in trouble for time synchronization with NTP server. There's 4 PLC, and they get time from same NTP server. But all PLC's time is different. It seems the time synchronization is not working. I've set the IP of NTP server on CP 343-1 lean.(The gateway is set) (CP lean card : 173.2.220.xxx / NPT Server : 173.4.199.104) 1. The port from NTP server is opened for CP lean card. 2. I've tried to set the NTP server like it (https://www.industry-mobile-support.siemens-info.com/en/article/detail/22144502) 3. The ping test CP lean card <-> NTP server works well 4. I can see on the diagnostic, 'External error, incoming event' message. I have no idea what to do more. Is it caused by wrong setting of NTP server or network configuration? Could you help me please?
