Now how to do if I want to test HMI and the related program Logic together?

In other Words, is it possible to test the programmed Logic in the STEP 7 (S7 400 H) and the Designed HMI in the TIA Portal (with connection to Device_Proxy) Altogether simultaneously (e.g. Connect PLCSIM of Step 7 to TIA Portal Runtime or Simulator)?
